Rustic charm with the mod cons. and pet friendly.

At the top of a hill with city lights below, upon approach the cottages look like pure Snowy Mountain bushman. But inside they are quite charming with the comforts of home including air con, music and coffee plunger. On the verandah there are 2 chairs and a log table, just begging for a sunset Chardonnay.
There are 2 cottages on site with a loose fence enclave and communal BBQ area, making it a nice escape with friends, alternatively they are super romantic on your own.
We brought our dogs with us and were allowed to leave them inside when we went out , which was very helpful. It’s a nice spot for dogs but the fences are not strong enough to support a curious escape artist , so bring a crate if you want to leave them outside unsupervised.
Our hosts were very responsive and left out fresh cookies on arrival.
Just a 10 minute drive down the hill and you have Wodonga pubs/restaurants at your disposal: best of both worlds!
Overall, super charming and recommended
We had a fantastic stay over at Gaddleen Grove Cottages. The service was friendly and welcoming but still offered privacy. The children and dogs loved running and exploring through the paddocks. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the surrounding was relaxing with great views. We would recommend this wonderful place to anyonw single, couples, families and of course the pets.
